Style of the play,the 3 unity and about the play

What my lines are for scenes 15 are 

Drink it straight - people that are ment to be James friends are forcing him to drink maybe something he may not want to drink.

Just drink it straight - then we are aggravating him and making him more anger 

Just down it - here is the gang or group of people making him drinkore and more because he just talking a tiny bit. You could suggest that the people are not real and that it is him mind telling him to do this. 

The style of the play is some parts of stream of conscious. It is physical theatre and it is pro-formed in a thrust way. 

The actors play multiple roll and they have no props what is ever. This amazing okay is told as a narrator and it changes as it goes along. Since the play is onsomble therefore, the actors can change from being sad to being happy back to being sad ect 

It breaks Aristotle , who talks about the 3 unity that is Unity of place, unity of time and unity of action this play breaks this because it goes from present to past to future back to past ect. 

When Danny is talking, everyone else is re living his memories and this is a bit like the 3 unity's. 

Work we have done so far and comment on the play 13

We have a improvised sequence of gestures in a structure and that is slimier to frantic assembly work and it simple and the stopping of everybody doing the same thing means you cam make it you own and make it original. In scene seventeen we bend section together therefore, making it dynamic.

Skin head music is called punk rock, skin heads may like this type of music because it is aggressive and it does not give you time to think. What I need to do to improve is stand in a acts stand and stop leaning on walls and have a strong actors stand. what I am doing well is that I am forced through the rehearsal of the play and I am good at taken direction especially when someone in the class is telling the class what to do for the play for example, if they made up a piece and they are showing the class how to do it and what to do.
however, since we are always on stage all the time we sometimes become disengaged sometimes.

I think my vocal clarity is good at sometimes but needs to be improved in other times for example, when I say " where am I?" you can clear hear what I am saying, however when I say " a small room, bright lights, white walls, a metal door" when I say this I am sometimes to quite and I need to raise my voice a bit. I am mostly always focused in rehearsal, however I need to stop being lazy and stand up straight, furthermore I am getting better at this.

The play 13 by the year 13

I think the play was amazing because I believe everything every character said moreover, they engaged with the audience well. Also what I like about is when they were doing the speech they made the audience stand with them to make the experience even more realistic. While watching the play I was a bit confused with what happen between the mother and the daughter until I asked someone I was sitting next to and they told me that the mother kill the daughter. 

Therefore, what I would have done to make it better is to make the bit about what happened to the girl even more clear, to make sure the audience actually 100% understand what has happen to her. I think the way all of the character knew what their lines were and even if they forgot you would not have known because they made the play run even smoothly. Also what I really liked was the boy wearing blacks monologue and what made it even better was that he did not talk for the whole play but he was always there which made the play really good and intriguing.  

I liked the way they showed levels in the play for example, the prime minister and the prime ministers office ect was at the top showing that the prime minister and the teenagers and youth were lower down suggesting that they are not so important and they are the people whose voice don't get heard.

Evaluation of piece is far and ect

I think the piece looks really good however, I think as a group we need to try and make thy piece go out more smoothly with no random interruptions unless it's someone saying a idea for the piece.

We need to make sure we are concentrated at all times of the piece. What I like about the play so far is that we have made it very theatrical with is really good and intriguing.  

I think the good is getting better at getting focused quicker because in a result to this now we have finished the play and hopefully we will be able to run through it a few more times. 

I think are class changes the different moods of the play well for example from the rock and roll punk dance to being sad fro James grand dad dying. 

Make sure you transitions quick and on point 

The costumes help you get into the roll and give you justification 

Make sure you Poise not pose 

Make sure you don't just drop your end line. Make sure you don't fidget because it drop the audience and don't drop the price when something goes wrong or after the break for example. 

Make sure you use the space to address the audience because we have been working in a small space but now we are In a bigger space now therefore, we need to spread out more.

Make sure you earn the pose, if you earn the pose it will make the audience better. 

Performance

I think our performance went very well because it looked like the audience understood the message of the play and they looked engaged at all times. Also I think I did well in the performance because i remembered my lines and I was engaged through out the play. What i have learnt from the play is that even if a mistake happens you have to carrying on going for example, the class did not let me finish saying my lines before they say it, however that's OK because it did not stop the flow of the play i just carried on with the play and I am proud of my self for doing that.

I think the class did well because some peoples braces were breaking off but we all just carried on going and that's something that made our play even better. I learnt that not everything in plays goes smoothly but you just need to just carry on until the end of the piece. As a class I think we need to stop talking while we are rehearsing because this wastes time and sometimes we don't have time to waste like on a show day.

1)What I am passionate about?

The things I am passionate about is Theatre, Dance and music because I use to watch the lion king, Beyoncé and Michael Jackson a lot and these are the things that inspired me to because a performer. I am passionate about the lion king because I used to watch it all the time and the music and the dance and acting together, made me feel nice and warm inside. These things make me smile, these things make me happy and these things are me.

2)What do you want views to take away for your video?

I want the view to be inspired to follow their dreams and do what makes them happy in life, if you want to be an actor be an actor, if you want to be a doctor, be a doctor because you can do anything you set your mind to. This is what I want view to make away from my video.

-The Story: being who you are by expressing your self though Theatre, Dance and music

-The Audience: The audience of my video will be teenages.

-The Message: Just do you and be your self no matter what people say!

Evaluation of the groups performance 

I think the performance we have seen are very physical and good because they didn't just say the lines they used there body's to express the words they said and not just saying the words but showing them as well.

We kept in the zone in some scenes however, we need to try and stay focused at all times because we still have 17 more scenes to do in 3 weeks or so therefore, forces is a key. 

We should be more physical with are movements, mostly in the bit when we are the little boy James. we bed to be walking and trying to be a aeroplane like a little boy would have been one. 

I think one of my groups main targets is making sure the transitions are nice and swift because when it's not it shows in your performance. It also takes always the focus of the scene and the play. 

We imputed good things to the scenes which made it better and amazing. 

Targets: 

1) work quicker 

2) stay focused so we cabs get more down 

3) know lines quicker so it does not slow down.

4) faster transitions
